We have the right to say no to any commissioners for whatever reasons. If needed we may state why we decided not to go on with your specific commision.

1.Payments

Payments will go through paypal as it is the simplest and easiest way of international payments for us. If you can't pay everything at once we do take payment plans that will be a case to case basis depending on what you want to order, deposits will also be a case to case basis. You need to pay 20% directly after you get a slot which is non-refundable. If you miss a payment then you will be contacted and we will wait for a reasonable amount of time before moving onto the next project and your project will be put into storage until 3 months time and then you will forfeit your spot in the queue. Shipping prices will be counted out after the product is finished.

2. Refunds

Refunds are available if you decide to close a project but we will only be able to refund the amount of money that has not already been used and you will get recites of what has been bought as a reassurance in that particular case. We also have 20% which is non-refundable which means you will not be able to get 20% and the material cost back. Once the project is almost over and/or the merchandise has been sent to you we will not be able to refund. If you miss a payment and no longer have a commission spot you can still get a refund within 3 months time. If the project has been started but been cancelled, we could possibly send you the unfinished fursuit but this is a case to case situation.

3.Shipping policies

We will ship through Postnord and then to a third party shipping handler for your specific country since we do international shipping. What type of shipping will be discussed if you want economy or express shipping but the package will always be sent with a tracking number and some form of insurance. If the shipping company loses the parcel or something gets lost/destroyed within the shipping handlers time we will not be able to refund more than what the shipping handler will agree upon.

4.Repairs and Warranty

Warranty is a first day arrival check with the maker where both parties go through the item if possible. Repairs will always be offered on all of our products with you paying for shipping. The only time repairs wont be for free if the cost is huge, like if a big piece of the product must be replaced. But then you only pay for material cost and sometimes a small fee between 10-30€. If you want your fursuit fixed or repaired at a convention, please contact us beforehand so we can book a time that works for both parties and we can plan ahead as well bring the right materials.

5.Design Changes

Designs are allowed to change before we buy any materials or fabric, as long as there are not any major changes or differences. When your costume is started only minor changes are possible. We need a ref sheet to follow your character's design. If changes are made, please update your ref sheet before commisioning. Some changes will increase the price where you have to pay, example is if you add another colour.

6.Deadlines and Completion Dates

We will not take on deadlines because we want to take our time to make the perfect fursuit for you, a rushed suit will have worse quality, have a shorter lifespan as well as the style will be worse. If you want a suit before a convention make sure to commision us earlier on the year. The completion of the suit may vary on style, design of your character and how many details you want or need. As well it will depend on our working schedule and situations in real life. When you commision us we will tell you when we think the suit will be done but this is not a guaranteed completion date and can be missed. We will keep you updated as much as possible. We usually estimate between 4-7 months but this can be shorter or longer.

7.Sizing

If you are under the age of 18 and got a suit from us, we will not resize the suit. If you are the age 18 or above we will most likely resize your suit with you paying for it. If the suit doesn't fit the first time you wear it. We will resize it for free depending on what needs to be resized, but you will need to fully pay for the shipping. If the size is totally off because of a bad Duct tape dummy we will not resize for free because the suit might need to be totally redone, which we are totally willing to remake with you paying for the extra cost and time.

8.Age

You should be the legal age of 18 before commissioning from us. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to make the buying and payment through your parents or legal protectors. If you are under 18 and your parents cannot make the payment, we will not accept the commision for legal reasons. This means your parents/legal protectors have to do all of the money handling and write the items on their name & ID. Keep in mind if you are under 18 you are still growing and changing which will most likely make your fursuit not wearable when it's done and sent to you.

9.Licensed Characters

We will never do owned charachters because of the laws and respect. The same goes for closed species, which means you will have to prove to us or have the original owner of the closed species make sure it's fully okay. Even though closed species don't have copyright protection we will only make them with permission from the original maker & creator to skip drama and unnecessary fights.

10.Privacy Statement

We will not share any private information like your real name or address if it's not for legal reasons or for our own protection. All information will be kept between 2-3 months after the commision have been finished & sent.

11.Agreement

When commissioning us you have agreed to these Terms of Service and are then bonded by these terms. You are responsible for reading and regularly reviewing these terms of service and conditions. By using, accessing or browsing through this site. If it happens that you ignore or don't follow up with the rules & what's written the contract will be broken and the commission and deal is no longer active. We have the right to cancel the commission and agreement for whatever reason.
